| Qualifications and Experience |

| Dennis Spisak has the qualifications and experience to be
an effective member on the Struthers Board of Education. |
|
| Dennis is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School
Administrators. He has served on the OASSA Athletic Committee and is currently serving on the OASSA Legislative Committee. |
|
| Dennis Spisak currently chairs the Columbiana County High
School Principals Committee. |
|
| Dennis Spisak served on the committees to design, create,
and develop the constitution and by-laws for the new Inter-Tri County League, a new 16 school athletic super-conference that
will begin play in August of 2006. |
|
| Dennis Spisak continues his professional growth by recently
completing his course work for his superintendent license. |
|
| Dennis Spisak has the experience and knowledge in the areas
of budget development and management, school/community relations, human resource development and evaluation, negotiations,
construction, levy and bond issue passage. |

| Dennis Spisak knows quality education and will bring this
experience and knowledge to help the students, parents, and community. |
